"Content" shall refer collectively to all Images and Videos available.
When creating your profile page through the Get Hitched Platform you must provide complete and accurate information about your Service Offering.
The profile pages are a value-added service provided by Get Hitched. As part of our platform guidelines, no contact details including emails, phone numbers, facebook pages or websites can be shown on a profile page. Contact details can only be displayed once a request has been accepted.
You are allowed to share your profile page URL through any medium including but not limited to, emails, social media pages, and groups.
You are responsible for any Content that you post. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content uploaded.
We may in some cases edit Content when it’s not grammatically correct but we aim to not change the meaning or the context in any way.
You own your Content, but we may use it. You own the copyright in any original Content you post; we do not own any copyrights on your Content. However by uploading Content on your profile, you are granting us and our subsidiaries, a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license, to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display and perform, publish, transmit, remove, retain repurpose, and commercialize Content you post in any and all media or form of communication whether now existing or hereafter developed, without obtaining additional consent, without restriction, notification, or attribution, and without compensation. For this reason, we ask that you not post any Content that you do not wish to license to us, including any photographs, videos, confidential information, or product ideas.
Profile pages will only be visible/active while a supplier is an active member on Get Hitched, once a supplier is deactivated Get Hitched has the full discretion on whether to close the profile page or keep it open.
